Tri 101 - Participating in your First Triathlon

This clinic will address all you need to know about completing and competing in your first triathlon. Topics will include, but are not limited to, training preparation, equipment needs, nutrition, and visualization of race day transitions. Y-Tri Bike Course Preview

Meet outside the Bath YMCA at 6:00 PM with cycling equipment and clothing. We will be previewing the Y-Tri bike course with insight on bike handling, shifting, and completing the bike in the most efficient manner - saving more energy for the run! Group Runs - Bath

Juliet Connelly organizes long group runs on Friday mornings at 6:30. The runs start at Juliet’s house in North Bath. Also, starting April 26 are track workouts on Sundays at 7AM. Email Juliet for more info Juliet@HenryAndMarty.com. Not a YMCA event, open to the community.

Group Swims - Arrowsic

June to August, open water swims at Sewalls Pond in Arrowsic. Thursday evenings at 7:00PM. And Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30 AM. You must be a confident swimmer, there are no life guards on duty. If you are unsure about your swimming ability upon special request Phil will bring a kayak to follow you. For a map of the pond (Click Here)

Maine Masters Swim Club

Trail Monster Running is a Maine trail running club. They are committed to exploring off-road running opportunities in Maine and throughout New England and sharing information with other like-minded runners about the places they run. From 5k cross country races to 100 milers, Trail Monsters run them.
