We offer a variety of aerobic classes every day, such as cardio-kickboxing, step, interval and body sculpting classes. Schedules and class descriptions can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Specialty Programs

Specialty classes are 6-week classes and follow our regular program schedule with the Fall Session beginning Sept. 10th.  Specialty classes include Yoga and Tai Chi Chuan.  There are additional fees for these classes for Members and for Community Members.

Fitness Center

The air-conditioned room contains a 19 station CYBEX strength training circuit, a stretching area and free weight equipment. There are 20 assorted aerobic conditioning stations, including: 1 Concept II Rowing machine, 1 Upper Body Ergometer, 2 Precor Elliptical Trainers, 2 Steppers, 2 Total Arc Trainers, 4 Upright Stationary Bikes, 2 Recumbent Stationary Bikes, and 6 treadmills.
