Recreational Volleyball
Pick up volleyball games are held every Wednesday evening during the year. New teams are formed each week. The atmosphere is friendly and the games are a lot of fun. High school students and adults are invited to participate.

Group Exercises Class Descriptions
Aerobic Training: this class combines cardiovascular movements and patterns using both the step and the floor. the class goes through bouts of harder and lesser intensity for a great calorie burn. functional training and flexibility follow class.
Body Firm: This 60-minute class provides you with toning and body sculpting exercises. Exercises may include the use of weights, body bars, stability balls and your own body weight as resistance. All major muscle groups are worked including your core muscles.
Body Sculpting: learn different ways to work your muscles. may include super sets, dynamic sets and more. exercises may include use of bands, free weights, body resistance exercises and stability balls. this class will also include a warm-up, pre and post stretch.
Cardio Kickboxing: This workout uses various heavy bags and targets to improve overall fitness as well as dumb-bell and body weight exercises to improve conditioning. Classes will rotate in stations ensuring that you’ll always be moving and working hard.
Interval Mix: Following a warm up, this class will alternate between bouts of strength training and cardio training, finishing up with abs and a cool down. It’s not fancy, it’s for all fitness levels and anyone can do it.
Muscle Time : This class focuses on Joint flexibility, muscle strengthening, endurance and coordination. It is a fun class, which encourages peer interaction and socialization. Class will include a warm-up, stretch and cool down.
Power Step : This 60 min. class includes a warm up, stretch, cardiovascular workout, cool down and post stretch. The cardiovascular routine is a unique blend of step patterns and hi/lo aerobics. You are continually shifting between step and floor aerobics – this mixture of lateral and vertical patterns boosts effectiveness and enhances variety. The combination of two methods is sure to keep you energized and motivated.
Step Ahead: an energetic, motivating class to rev you up after a long day. this workout has simple step patterns that progress to more complicated patterns. repetition is key to the easy to learn movements.
